Moving on.

It was a feel good Sunday. I continue to feel what I felt.
It didn't turn up as good as expected but was good enough. 

You must have been sick of my words already. 

It's okay, keep reading. 

Guess I've found the solutions/methods to move one from myself (my own emotional mind);
 1 Get something to do
 2 Laugh at everything
 3 Talk to anyone
 4 Sleep whenever I can
 5 Dress up and feel good
 6 Spend all my money

Hope this is helpful to those who are suffering as well. 

Have fun. It's a pretty long week ahead.
